Like most other small department stores. The upgrades to the cosmetics section were a big step in the right direction.

At first I wasn't too pleased with the prices. I went in looking for a cheap pair of shorts and couldn't find anything with a sticker price of less than $40, but pretty much everything was 40% off which made me happy. I was told the have sales like that pretty much all the time, so I'll be sure to check in again next time I need some new clothes.
